Universal Love is everywhere. The root of it is deeply embedded in everyday acts of kindness towards one another. Acts like a phonecall to a loved one to see how they are doing. The holding of hands between friends. The "standing by the bedside vigil" of a person in ill health. The smile given to someone feeling down. The helping hand given freely to one another on a daily basis. These acts may seem simple, but they bond people together in harmony and universality. They also are the basis to forming long term relationships.

I would now like to share with you an excerpt from my poem "Love is... Love just is...":

So try to remember when you are feeling alone or down that universal love is in us and around us at all times. For we are never without love. It is in the creation of life, the living of life and in the dying and moving on.
