THE RESOURCE LISTING TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT

You Must read this agreement completely and check the box at the end of the agreement before proceeding

All listing requests are subject to the stipulations indicated on the Resource Listing Application and as clearly defined here in this agreement:

  1. The following types of websites will not be accepted:
    • MFA (Made For AdSense) sites that have no specific product or service other than using articles or keyword lists for the sole purpose of capturing search engine traffic
      • In a nutshell, if a website has very little or no original content created by the owner and simply consists of articles and lists of keywords aimed at spamming the search engines while also placing multiple instances of Google Adsense Ads at the beginning, middle or end of the non-original content....this is a MFA website and will not be allowed in our list of resources.
    • Sites with inappropriate material that use or are affiliated in any way with adult drugs, gambling, tobacco, lingerie, illegal drugs, alcohol, adult content, dating and match making, witchcraft, occult and hate
      • All our link requests are manually processed and verified to be legitimate and appropriate before approval is provided. Links can only be placed to sites that are safe and appropriate for all ages, including children.
    • Sites that are just affiliate links and serve no other purpose
    • Sites that are under construction and have no content at all
    • Sites that are just doorway pages to other websites
    • Sites that hide their link(s) and/or link page(s) or who's link pages are totally useless to visitors
      • For 'Shared Inclusion' accounts, if our reciprocal link is on a page with more than 100 other links, and/or if our reciprocal link is mixed with other links of totally different content, and/or if the page is just a splattering of links that nobody is ever going to attempt to read in the first place, you are doing us no favors and we will not exchange links.
  2. Reciprocal Link Requirements
    • For 'Shared Inclusion', a reciprocal link is required on the same domain for which you wish us to exchange links. In addition, a path from your home page to your links page is required in those instances.
  3. A valid e-mail address must be provided.
    • E-mail addresses that originate from your domain are preferred.
    • Due to issues with full mailboxes and spam attacks, e-mail addresses from 'hotmail', 'yahoo' and 'gmail' are not desired. Please use the e-mail address associated with your website submission or business.
  4. Allowable number of link requests
    • Only one link request per domain is allowed.

Failure to comply with these simple guidelines will lead to disapproval of your request.

We will provide up to 7 additional days for you to fix a problem we find. If the e-mail we send to inform you of this problem is undeliverable, your application will be denied without further effort on our part to find ways to contact you.

You will be notified of your Approval or Disapproval within 7 to 14 business days of the date you submit your application. We reserve the right to refuse any Resource Application for any reason.

If you do not hear from us within 14 business days, do not submit another link request since this action voids any earlier requests and your waiting period starts over. If your link is not in place after 14 business days and you have not heard from us, contact us by replying to the e-mail we sent to you upon making your original request.
