A single snowflake starts to fall.
It whirls and dances to Nature's call.
Before long, there's more who join the dance.
They ask Winter: "Can we have a chance?"
To create a world that's soft and white.
And change the sceanery before daylight?
So little girls and boys can play.
In snowflakes, that danced the night away.
They continue to fall to dance and sing.
Until the season's change to spring.
