What are we
But a mere reflection
Of we cannot see
A drop in the river of impermanence
With nothing left to grasp for
When this body is at death's door

So after we wander through life with a purpose
and set goals for no reason
We will finally know where to look
When we are through with the book
That shows us the way
Beyond the mind's play
While taking life by the hand
Where liberation is to be found

Do not sit but stand
When your feet finally touch the ground
