After long Summer days filled with fun in the sun, it's come time for us to turn East and look inwards. Take time to reflect upon Autumn's changes that now surround us. For around us the green leaves are turning a kaleidascope of reds, golds and browns that are fall's vivid shades and the colorful flowers are retreating back into themselves. Below your feet you will see little critters scampering around the forests foraging for their winter food supply.

So go ahead, step outside, take a hike, view autumnal beauty in all its new found glory. Internalize how Autumn's seasonal changes affects you. Breathe in the air, fill your lungs to full capacity. For at this time of the year the air is refreshingly crisp and lucidly clear. Stand still and inhale, enjoy the lightness of being as you walk through nature's changing beauty that your in the midst of. Take time to reflect upon life's changes while exhaling yourself into your oncoming future where your dreams await you.

Make sure to set aside time to be held in Autumn's embrace and reap the benefits of it's bountiful harvest, because soon we will be entering into winter's cold cave. A time and place where we hibernate until the sun is brought forth from darkness. For Winter is a time when the earth seemingly stands still under a white blanket of calm.
